  • Website — a site available in the domain 103telemed.pl, which allows Users to use the Services offered, including placing Orders.
  • aurero.pl — a website belonging to Medily Sp. z o.o., through which we provide telemedicine services;
  • GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

2. Who We Are and Whose Data We Collect

The data administrator is KLINIKA24 Sp. z o.o. We collect data from:

  1. Visitors and users of the 103telemed.pl website;
  2. People who follow KLINIKA24 Sp. z o.o profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and interact with them;
  3. People who contact KLINIKA24 Sp. z o.o by email, phone, through the contact form on the website or other available communication channels;
  4. People who make online appointments through the website or by phone.

  • You browse the 103telemed.pl website;

4. Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring proper technical functioning of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • Analyzing website usage statistics with your consent (Art. 172 of the Telecommunications Act in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • Marketing, retargeting and remarketing with your consent (Art. 172 of the Telecommunications Act in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • Informing about medical services and building a positive image (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • Responding to questions and comments through social media (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • Ensuring appointment booking with a doctor on the Aurero platform.

5. Storage Period

We store personal data:

  • Information about your IP address as long as it is stored in server logs, i.e., for six months;
  • Information contained in cookies according to the storage periods specified in the COOKIES section table;
  • Data necessary to monitor our social media profiles and respond to your inquiries through these networks, as long as you continue to follow our profiles or interact with them;
  • Data necessary to respond to your inquiries for as long as necessary to resolve your case or as required by statutory limitation periods;
  • Personal data necessary for the protection or assertion of claims for the period established by law.

6. To Whom We May Disclose Your Personal Data

We may disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients:

  • IT service and system providers, including analytics services and tools;
  • Social media operators (with your consent to cookies);
  • Legal advisors and consultants serving KLINIKA24 Sp. z o.o;
  • The aurero.com platform of Medily Sp. z o.o for appointment booking and conducting consultations with a doctor.

Since we use services from "Google LLC", "Meta Platforms, Inc", "Microsoft Corporation, Inc", "Medily Sp. z o.o", your personal data may be transferred by these organizations outside the European Economic Area based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
